Get the word out about the program.

> Download and distribute the student form. I keep a copy on my phone , this way when a parent ask I can shoot them the form.16-17-Student-Entry-Form.pdf (115.72 KB)
> Set your deadline date. This should be done to ensure YOU & your team have enough time to accomplish the below.

> Check for requirements of each submission.
> Hold your judging. This is where you will pull your 25 submissions for council.
> Verity phone & emails on the 25 council submissions.
> Drop off to council on 11/18, with each submission having student form & your schools participation form.Winners will be announced through email, on message board and on the website by Christmas break.
> Come to pick-up to receive those submission that are not moving on (Date & place TBA) Return submission to students.
> Celebrate your winners and participants & volunteers any way you would like.Reflections Gala is January 20th at Minnie Evans for all of the 1-3 place winners chosen at the council level and honorable mention.
